Patient Representatives look for peoples satisfaction, investigate complaints, collect information about patient dissatisfaction, work with departments to resolve patient problems, and educate staff. They work in work in hospitals, nursing homes, other long-term care facilities, and in public health agencies.

Education:
Students should take the hardest high school courses in business, science, math, and English. The requirements for each is different, most employers prefer college graduates with backgrounds in health or social services.
Reflection:
I don't think i would want to do this because it doesn't interest me in anyway. They also don't make a lot of money so it's less of a reason for my to do this career.
